As an undergraduate, Rachel worked with Dr. Roy Dixon on developing a universal calibration method for glycans with HPLC-CAD. Outside of lab, Rachel enjoys bouldering and playing with her cat, Coco.

Kryton has many both inside and outside of chemistry. He works primarily on the synthesis of inorganic compounds. Cooking, baking and gaming are among his favorite hobbies.

Kenneth worked on flow battery analyte development as an undergraduate at Davis, following his service in the U.S. Navy. He is currently a graduate student in the Energy Graduate Group at UC Davis.

Shuyu worked on electrocatalysis at Fudan University. When she's at leisure, she enjoys playing piano, sometimes video games. Hiking and snowboarding are her new hobbies in Davis.

Previously, Oby was a Quality Assurance Chemist at Dangote Fertilizer, overseeing the synthesis processes of liquid ammonia and urea fertilizers. Outside of the lab, she enjoys listening and dancing to Afrobeats music.
